Responsibilities & Context: Job Context We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with 3-4 years of experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). Type: Permanent (Full-time) Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible. Job Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing guest interactions, Problem solver and good leadership skills, POS management, customer relations, sales reports, upselling, and overall outlet management. Should be familiar with the local market, due to the dine-in nature of the restaurant, A groomed and articulate candidate is essential. Candidates with 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry are preferred for this role. Employment Status Full-Time Requirements/Skills The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role as Assistant Manager. Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). Follow the Restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
