We are looking for a Deputy Registrar, Logistics for the Registrar’s Office of the Green University of Bangladesh. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the university's logistics operations, including storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate the movement of resources (e.g., academic materials, office supplies, event equipment) between departments, campuses, and external locations.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of logistics-related equipment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (administrative and academic departments) to support events, programs, and daily operations.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships and contracts related to procurement and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and government regulations related to procurement & logistics.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, budgeting, and inventory management for senior management.
- Supervise and train logistics staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Address and resolve logistics issues to minimize disruption to university operations.
- Develop and implement logistical policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
