Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's Degree in any discipline from a reputed University
∎ Working experience as an Assistant Registrar (Admin) at University level will be highly preferable.
∎ Should have sound operating knowledge of MS Packages.
∎ Should have knowledge of Private University Act- 2010
∎ Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CBUFT solicits applications for Assistant Registrar (Admin) under the Registrar's Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
∎ Coordinating with various departments regarding all logistic supports of the University
∎ Arranging various university's events like seminars, picnics, Academic Council Meeting, Syndicate Meeting and Discipline Committee Meeting etc.
∎ Providing and communicating information from the registrar's office to appropriate individuals and groups as required/requested
∎ Assisting departments to develop and execute all decisions according to approval.
∎ Supervising and managing staff in relation to area of specialization
∎ Assisting the Registrar & Deputy Registrar to accomplish the daily activities of the University
∎ Serving as the liaison to internal and external stakeholders related to area of specialization.
∎ Providing service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
∎ Keeping in depth attention in all forms of promotional Virtual/Actual activities which are the current trends and gateways of BRANDING of the university.
∎ Keeping in touch with Press & Media to publish all daily news of the University.
∎ Ensuring the meaningful usages and activities of full length of classrooms, different labs, library,
∎ Providing all academic and administrative support to development of policies and procedures as it relates to current theory, trends and legislation for the areas of administrative Affairs of University.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the University Authority
