Position Overview

Shift: Full Night Shift (Work from Office)

Location: Ka-53/2, Pragati Sarani, Shahjadpur, Dhaka-1212

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee non-voice operations in a fast-paced production environment

• Lead coaching, feedback, and performance management initiatives

• Set goals, monitor team productivity, and manage turnaround time

• Ensure client KPIs like ETA, quality, and accuracy are consistently met

• Handle internal and client communications via email and conference calls

• Resolve escalated queries and provide subject matter expertise

• Recommend strategies for process improvement and team development
