Position Overview
Shift: Full Night Shift (Work from Office)
Location: Ka-53/2, Pragati Sarani, Shahjadpur, Dhaka-1212
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
Job Responsibilities
Oversee non-voice operations in a fast-paced production environment
Lead coaching, feedback, and performance management initiatives
Set goals, monitor team productivity, and manage turnaround time
Ensure client KPIs like ETA, quality, and accuracy are consistently met
Handle internal and client communications via email and conference calls
Resolve escalated queries and provide subject matter expertise
Recommend strategies for process improvement and team development
Foster a positive and productive work environment
