Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for:
To provide technical, strategic and administrative support and Monitoring & Supervision to the Friendship health project staff (Field supervisor, Paramedic, Nurse, Organizer/SCA and Friendship Community Medic Aide etc.) and health program at upazila and community level.
To maintain close communication and collaboration with the MOHFW official at Upazila & Union level, Colleagues other Friendship program, NGOs, Community Leaders, Friendship Floating and Land Hospitals
To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field
Assist to prepare field requisitions (financial, medicine and logistics) and effective management of resources at field level
To provide technical & strategic support in the implementation of mHealth initiatives.
To undertake any other assignment assigned by the Friendship Management
Additional Job Requirements:
· At least 02 years of experience in Health projects and Programs
· Graduate in any discipline
· Should have a proven record of leadership, team-building, cultural sensitivity and diplomacy
· Working knowledge in English and have ability on report writing
· Fluent with computers and with software like Microsoft Office
· Working experience in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage
