Job Context:
∎ Duty station: Khulna with frequent travel to other programme areas.
∎ Contract Duration: This is a fixed term position for 1 year and 2 months.
∎ Expected Joining Date: As soon as possible.
∎ Working Hours: Full time (minimum of 40 hours per week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts, Finance and compliance support
∎
∎ Receive invoices.
∎ Preparing VAT & Tax statement for invoice
∎ Prepare payment vouchers with invoices ensuring all supporting documents.
∎ Preparing SBD invoice with uploading all scan documents in SAP by Design (accounting software) with the status "ready for posting".
∎ Prepare and maintain voucher file.
∎ Prepare a payment schedule and send that to CWISE-PA for execute the payment and financial reconciliation.
∎ Prepare monthly basis VAT & tax challan of project and submit to govt. zonal office.
∎ Prepare half yearly tax schedule and send for PA review for submission in NGOAB.
∎ Maintain petty cash for operating monthly office cost.
∎ Reconcile manually bank balances in every month-basis and send for review to PA.
∎ Comply SNV's internal control system in order to maintain highest standard in the operations.
∎ Facilitate external audit guided by PA in project office and coordinate with Auditor for timely audit completion and ensure timely submission of audit report to NGO Bureau.

∎ Procurement of goods and services
∎
∎ Facilitate procurement of goods and services of the project in line with SNV and donor policies and procedures with the guidance of PA
∎ Prepare work order for local goods & services and ensure proper delivery from vendor. Take necessary arrangement for compiling supporting documents in line with relevant work order.
∎ Administration management:
∎
∎ Arrange all logistical and administrative support for project like, travel, accommodation, workshop /meetings etc.
∎ Ensure proper approval process for field visit and various workshop.
∎ Ensure proper procurement process by collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, work order place etc.
∎ Procure small quantity of stationaries or goods for project.
∎ Management of Project Vehicle.
∎ Management of project office safety & security and assets operation.
∎ General Support
∎
∎ Ensure with proper documents for District Commissioners & Pourushova's certificates for NGOAB coordinating with the team.
∎ Proper documentation for all sorts of documents like agreements, work orders, HR files etc. guided by PA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 years relevant work experience in INGO finance and accounts
∎ Good working knowledge of accounting software i.e. ERP/SAP will be prefer
∎ Good communication skills in English(both oral and written)
∎ Excellent work capacity in MS Office (word and excel)
Salary:
∎ Attractive remuneration package with admissible. The total salary package (basic salary + all benefits) will range between BDT 76,237 and BDT 86,997 per month, depending on the selected candidate`s work experience.
