Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare appropriate marketing plans and strategies for the assigned products.
∎ Prepare short and long term sales forecast on assigned products.
∎ Develop product positioning and marketing strategy.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing marketing strategies and programs.
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of new product development and bring changes to the existing products, if necessary.
∎ Monitor distribution situations of assigned products and take corrective measures/actions when necessary
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from customers and other stakeholders. Reshape requirements, features, and offerings.
∎ Maintain communication with the principal on product development, service and warranty support.
∎ Make regular field visits and identify/communicate with prospected customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 years of experience in core marketing.
∎ Experience in construction equipment/concrete machineries/ heavy commercial vehicle industry will get preference.
∎ Strong marketing knowledge and business acumen.
∎ High social skill and strong communication skill.
