Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for extending necessary support in project operations, management, and implementations, PD and budget development, reporting and coordination.
∎ Support the Programme Focal person for the efficient handling of the project operations and implementations at Cox's Bazar and Bhasan Char.
∎ The person will intensely coordinate with CSUs (Procurement, Admin, HR, MIS, Communication, Partnership Development etc.) in HO.
∎ Connect the HO with the field for all logistics issues/support.
∎ Support in donor reporting e.g. quarterly progress report, PRP reporting, programmatic visit report, FD-7 matching fund reporting etc.
∎ Prepare, review and share internal reports like monthly project report, MIS report, MRP report, safeguarding reports etc.
∎ Support in quarterly DCT preparation and liquidation, monthly PR and MFR raising etc.
∎ Support to appraise project individual's performance.
∎ Support in Government, UNICEF and Camp liaison.
∎ Assist in reviewing monthly project and individual work plans and provide operational support for the project.
∎ Support in follow-up on day-to-day project operations to the Programme Focal Person.
∎ Attend the necessary meetings, workshops and training programme as required, prepare meeting report and track the progress.
∎ Be an internal part of the team, ensure smooth operations of all programme activities both at Head Office and Field Office.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Master’s in Development Studies or any other social sciences from reputed public/private university.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s).
∎ Knowledge on education proposal development and project cycle management.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power point presentation.
∎ Strong communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong ability to monitor and report writing.
∎ Prepare and submit PRs, follow-up on purchases and other relevant tasks as desired.
∎ Provide support to external visitor during their field visit, when required.
