Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of BMS & HVAC system
- To ensure operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of water treatment plant
- To ensure smooth operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of air-compressor system
- To ensure smooth operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of fire fighting, generator & boiler system
- To prepare and maintain SOP, log books, documentations of utility machineries
- To have strong knowledge over design, drawing & automation related work
- To prepare BOQ of electrical project related work
