Should know computer operation and common Office application.
Candidates should have interest to work under core stream of Footwear production·
Candidates who like to work under pressure and willing to build up career in Footwear track, are encouraged to apply·
Necessary training will be provided after selection·
Any undue persuasion will be treated as disqualification.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Export documents (Packing List, EP etc.).
Maintain Register for Export documents and hand over to clearing & Forwarding Agents.
Prepare Documents for bank & hand over to Nego. team
Print CFS purpose doc’s on shipment day & hand over to C&F
Create AS, Check HS Code in CAPE before create custom documents.
Submit & Collect Export document to & from Export Permission Authority(KEPZA)
Go to different govt. office(EPB, Chamber house etc.) to submit & collect different CO
Go to different freight forwarder office to collect HBL & to submit required documents.
Go to different Bank office to submit bank docs and certify sales contract, LC, EXP etc.
Maintain Export Register in SAP system
Billing in SAP
Create outbound delivery no in SAP System
Follow up container/cover. Van loading on shipment day.
Maintaining 6S and proper housekeeping of documents
