Prepare export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange timely dispatch of consignments.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
Track shipments and share status updates with buyers.
Coordinate with the accounts department and banks for export proceeds realization.
Maintain accurate commercial records and payment tracking for each order.
Assist in preparing export sales reports, shipment summaries.
