Educational Requirements:
∎ University Graduate(Textile)/Preferable BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Buyer and develop the sample as per required.
∎ Collect the ART work & measurement of the sample.
∎ Inform the sample section about the requirements of Buyer.
∎ Check & ensure the quality of sample as per requirement of Buyer.
∎ Ensure the Costing of Fabric & Accessories from different suppliers.
∎ Communicate with lab and ensure the testing of Fabric & Accessories as per required.
∎ Take Lab dip approval from the Buyer.
∎ Prepare a consumption of Fabric & Accessories to the assigned order.
∎ Collect the fit & pre-production sample comment from buyer.
∎ Strike off submission & approval from buyer.
∎ Communicate with supplier and arrange fabric & Accessories on time.
∎ Check the inventory & inspection report of received fabric & Accessories.
∎ Communicate with production planning team and inform the requirements of buyer.
∎ Handover the master files, sample & comments to the QA team and explain the requirements of the buyer.
∎ Arrange PP Meeting and give the approval of trims card.
∎ Inform the Factory about Production plan and shipment date.
∎ Communicate with Factory and follow up the production & quality.
∎ Ensure the supply chain of Fabric & Accessories.
∎ Co-ordinate with print & embroidery factory and ensure supply on time.
∎ Check the quality of print & embroidery.
∎ Monitoring the production and ensure the shipment on time.
∎ Communicate with QA team or buyer representative or third party for inspection.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication in English.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.

Salary: Negotiable
