Responsibilities & Context:
Need to prepare all export documents such as Commercial Invoice, P/List, Forwarding for Customs, Buyer and Bank purposes, buyer: Express, Stanley Stella, M&S, WIP Sourcing Asia Ltd(Carhartt). As well as preparing online shipping docs through GTN (Infor nexus) GTN invoice and ISPI for sample and bulk shipment.
Need to prepare invoices in ERP. need to communicate with GI team if any S/C need to revise. as well as BL no., BL date and bank submission update.
EPB related works-Preparing & submit required documents for obtaining GSP, Certificate of Origin (CO), SAPTA/AFTA, APTA etc., collect these and scan upload/courier to buyer (WIP Sourcing, G-Star).
Need to know how submitting export documents to the buyer or their agent and bank documents for negotiation/ payment; as well as follow up with the bank to accomplish the realization process.
