∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in directly selling flexo, gravure and offset ink minimum 3–5 years
∎ Expertise in hands‑on understanding of ink formulation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a corporate‐level sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and market‐share targets
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients·
∎ Coordinate with R&D, production and marketing teams to product offerings, resolve technical issues and support new‐product launches·
∎ Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine positioning, pricing and promotional tactics·
∎ Improve sales to set performance goals, conduct regular reviews and drive continuous improvement·
∎ Maintain up‐to‐date deliver monthly sales forecasts, pipeline analyses and variance reports to senior management
∎ Prepare technically sound, commercially competitive proposals; manage contract negotiations and ensure on‐time order fulfilment.
∎ Conduct regular on‐site visits, product demonstrations and executive briefings; represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
∎ Ensure all sales activities comply with corporate policies, safety regulations and quality standards; coordinate with QA/QC for product approvals.
∎ Develop and manage the sales budget; approve travel and marketing expenditures in line with company guidelines .
