Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Finance
∎ Skills Required: CA CC
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the IPO related work particularly engaging with issue management.
∎ Must have CA CC Firm Experience
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, IPO
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Audit, ERP, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per IAS & IFRS and report to the Management
∎ Prepare all relevant documents for IPO operation;
∎ Liaison with Issue Manager regarding IPO related activities;
∎ Completion of audited accounts with the help of CFO;
∎ Assist to issue Managers for due diligence process and stock valuation;
∎ Assist to CFO for liaison with underwriters and Bankers to the issue;
∎ Liaison with all regulatory authority (DSE, CSE, BSEC)
∎ Ensure reconciliation of Bank Accountants;
∎ Monitoring General Ledger, accounts payable;
∎ Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labor Law and Company Act;
∎ Monitoring & Developing ERP for all concerns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of Accounting Basics.
∎ Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, ERP software.
∎ Sincerity and ability to work independently when needed.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain an effective working atmosphere.
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors, and allies and satisfactory communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and 'multi-task'.
∎ Commitment and understanding of organizational aims, values, principles, and policies.
