Responsibilities & Context:
Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per IAS & IFRS and report to the Management
Prepare all relevant documents for IPO operation; Liaison with Issue Manager regarding IPO related activities
Completion of audited accounts with the help of CFO; Assist to issue Managers for due diligence process and stock valuation
Assist to CFO for liaison with underwriters and Bankers to the issue; Liaison with all regulatory authority (DSE, CSE, BSEC)
Ensure reconciliation of Bank Accountants; Monitoring General Ledger, accounts payable
Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labor Law and Company Act
Monitoring & Developing ERP for all concerns
