Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
∎ Preparing financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cost sheets, etc.
∎ Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.
∎ Engage in Payroll activities.
∎ Assist in auditing activities by providing the necessary information.
∎ Analyzing financial information in order to identify irregularities if any.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance & Accounts Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost, and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Take responsibility for properly keeping records of revenues, expenses, funds at hand & bank, general ledger, payable/receivable, payroll, etc.
∎ Has to be familiar with the accounting software of 'Tally and ERP'.
∎ Performing such other duties as required as per the needs of the company.
