We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Export to join our FMCG team in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export operations, with a specific focus on Africa & Europe. This role requires knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, logistics, and market development strategies within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee export operations to African & European countries.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
• Handle all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC documentation, etc.).
• Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze and monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity in Africa & Europe.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new distributor networks.
• Track sales and performance KPIs for export markets and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt offerings for export markets.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, local regulations, and company policies.
