• Bachelor degree in Agriculture or Soil science will be get advantages.

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

Must have in-depth knowledge in Fertilizer/Soil nutrition/ micro nutrients

Skills on presentation & public speaking

Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and market development.

Preferred official retired from DAE.

• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people everyday

• Visit and maintain close relation with relevant Govt. (e.g. DAE, UAO) and Non-Govt. Organizations on a regular basis.

• Provide solution/technical supports to the end-user based on their requirements

• Support the marketing team in day-to-day marketing activities.

• Managing training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned territory.

• Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.

• Conduct frequent meetings with farmers and agriculture officers.

• Prepare report of visit, investigation and initial feedback from customers.
