Must have in-depth knowledge in Fertilizer/Soil nutrition/ micro nutrients
Skills on presentation & public speaking
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and market development.
Preferred official retired from DAE.
Responsibilities & Context:
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people everyday
Visit and maintain close relation with relevant Govt. (e.g. DAE, UAO) and Non-Govt. Organizations on a regular basis.
Provide solution/technical supports to the end-user based on their requirements
Support the marketing team in day-to-day marketing activities.
Managing training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned territory.
Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
Conduct frequent meetings with farmers and agriculture officers.
Prepare report of visit, investigation and initial feedback from customers.
