Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ CMA/CA Part Qualified.
∎ Professional qualification CMA/ CA/ ACCA will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Costing, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Costing:
∎ Plan, Study, and collect data to prepare costs sheet of finished goods activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
∎ Prepare article wise/ batch wise cost sheet.
∎ Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Prepare monthly gross margin report based on production as well as export quantity.
∎ Implement activity based costing system for labor & factory overhead.
∎ Standardized a set of formats to visualized material consumption, variance analysis & production efficiency.
∎ Support the business in analyzing costing, pricing and product cost variance and other associated operating cost.
∎ Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting costing and margin / profitability of products.
∎ Ensure all relevant report through ERP.
∎ Audit:
∎ Ensure effective internal process and financial control in all areas of the company.
∎ Different Data analysis like production, material consumption, wastage, stock of Raw materials, work in process, finished product and delivery etc. and Report preparation for Management.
∎ Process audit/ identify & corrective measures.
∎ Physical Audit in different section or department like Inventory/Warehouse, Production, HR, Admin, Finance and Accounts etc. and audit report submission with findings and recommendation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Footwear Industry will get preferences.
∎ Expert in MS Office.
∎ Leadership & Negotiation capability.
∎ Good Communication.
∎ Problem solving capability.
∎ Team Player with positive attitude.
