Job Context

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role transforms business requirements into visually compelling, highly usable, and accessible interfaces by leveraging modern tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, and proven practices including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. All deliverables are aligned with Tekvision’s enterprise systems, digital transformation goals, and applicable international UI/UX and accessibility standards. The UI/UX Designer works closely with product owners, business stakeholders, business analysts, software engineers, and QA teams to define interaction models, develop scalable design systems and component libraries, and ensure consistent, high-quality user experience across Tekvision’s products while adhering to global usability and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ISO usability principles).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to analyze user needs, behaviors, workflows, and closely cooperate with Business Analyst (BA) to make actionable design insights.

• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications, following modern UI/UX principles and responsive design standards.

• Comfortable using industry-standard UI/UX and collaboration tools, including Maze, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and documentation platforms such as Confluence.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers and BA to ensure accurate design-to-code implementation, efficient handoff, and alignment with frontend frameworks and component-based architectures.

• Apply international accessibility standards, usability heuristics, and inclusive design principles to meet compliance, quality, and user experience goals.

• Validate designs through usability testing, heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, and iterative improvement cycles based on user and stakeholder feedback.

• Ensure consistency of branding, visual identity, interaction patterns, and usability standards across all Tekvision products and platforms.

• Document design decisions, system components, user journeys, and UX guidelines to support long-term product consistency and team scalability.
