∎ Develop and implement training programs that align with our organizational strategy.
∎ Assess training needs and create tailored development plans for employees.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
∎ Manage OD initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
∎ Measure the effectiveness of training and OD programs through evaluations and feedback.
∎ Work within a matrix organization to coordinate project and driven successful outcomes.
