• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in technical services or maintenance within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or capsule shell manufacturing industries

Additional Requirements

• Deep knowledge of capsule shell production processes, encapsulation equipment, and common technical issues related to machinery

• Problem-Solving Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Project Management, Knowledge of Industry Standards

To support this goal and strengthen the existing team we are looking for ambitious, results-driven, and committed individuals for the following position.

Job Description

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for capsule shell manufacturing equipment, including encapsulation machines, dryers, and related systems. Often Visiting clients to resolve technical issues. Quickly diagnose and rectify issues to ensure smooth production flow

• Investigate recurring technical issues and identify the root causes. Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce the likelihood of similar issues in the future

• Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and minimizing downtime. Suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies

• Offer guidance and training to junior engineers and production staff on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of capsule shell production equipment

• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, maintenance schedules, and improvements. Prepare detailed reports for management regarding system performance, machine downtime, and process efficiency

• Work closely with R&D and QA teams to ensure that technical specifications are met and provide feedback for product development based on production

• Liaise with equipment suppliers and external service providers to ensure proper maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for manufacturing equipment

• Ensure all technical operations comply with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and safety protocols. Regularly audit equipment for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Any other task assigned by Departmental head

Job Location: This position is based in Dhaka; however, due to the nature of the job, extensive travel will be required
