Job Responsibilities:
∎ Janmobhumi Developer &PropertiesLtd. is a reputed (JDPL) Housing Company looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive ( Marketing & Sales).
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Marketing& Sales of plots.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly.
∎ To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact .
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study , market survey and analysis business activitis.
∎ Visit different organigation / work site for developing business/ creating new customers.
∎ Create sales& marketing reposrts to top managmentdaily.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Any other Task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Marketing, Sales,Customer Support /Client Service,Marketing Research, Corporate Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Housing & Real Estate.
∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfact order.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skil and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be astrong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ Applicant Should have pleasant personality, honesty,smartness & hardworking ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill andSufficient Knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Skype).
∎ Good communication in both Bangla & English.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
