Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/M.COM in Accounting/Finance/Management from any Govt. Approved University, but CA (Certificate Level) /CMA (Business Level) /ACCA (Skill Level) will be given preference.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Cost and budget
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Balance Sheet, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Trial balance, Profit and Losses account.
∎ Maintaining financial records such as accounting documents, tax records, payroll records, and other records related to the flow of money in an organization.
∎ Receive and check financial documents from suppliers, customers and employees on a regular basis.
∎ Ensuring all records in the ERP system is up to date and accurate.
∎ Ensuring optimum usage of funds.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Reports & Reconciliations.
∎ Tax Assessments & Returns.
∎ Monitoring spending to ensure that company policies are being followed.
∎ Preparing budgets and forecasting future financial needs.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders of Finance/Accounts Departments.
∎ Coordinate with the end-user for ensuring Change Management & Skill Development activities.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Company's Financial, Suppliers & Employees Information.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
