Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post graduate in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in the enhancement, monitoring, planning, testing and ongoing implementation of the company's leading, advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
∎ Assist to evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs
∎ Assist during the engagement activities of teams on new transactions, guiding them to prepare focused request lists and agenda, facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables
∎ Work closely with the ERP development / implementation team and complete the ERP installation as advised by supervisor
∎ Assist during the testing phase of new developments and implement in the live system.
∎ Support in assessing operational and technology investment strategies and compare respective operating models and organizational structures against leading practices and industry benchmarks
∎ Assist to develop and define project frameworks and responsible for risk and change management
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within the organization
∎ Identify gaps and improvement opportunities to increase the optimum performance of the target operating model and complete the project within the specified deadline
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all modules
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities and provide support throughout the office, trouble shooting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' work experience with ERP implementation, preferably in the Apparel Industry or Software Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Manager/officer (Software), Software Implementation, various ERP systems in different companies
∎ Technical Job Requirements:
∎ Experience of project management to a complex degree specifically within IT system implementation-based projects ideally within a manufacturing environment
∎ Able to demonstrate high level of technical understanding and competency
∎ Must have experience in developing work plans and identifying project scopes
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Good written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - Intermediate level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
