• Retired non-commissioned Army/ Navy officer will be given preference.

• Experience in security management, fire safety, or related fields.

• Knowledge of security and fire safety regulations and best practices.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

• Monitor and analyze security risks and make recommendations for improvements.

• Supervise security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

• Conduct security audits and risk assessments.

• Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel can access the premises.

• Conduct regular fire drills and ensure employees are aware of evacuation routes and procedures.

• Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of security cameras and surveillance systems.

• Monitor surveillance footage and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents.

• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.

• Provide guidance to employees on emergency response actions.

• Respond to security incidents, accidents, or other emergencies as needed.

• Document and report security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.

• Conduct security and fire safety training for employees.

• Promote a culture of security awareness and compliance among staff.
