Responsibilities & Context:
* Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties of Starpath Holdings.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
* Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with the other department to convert leads into sales.
