Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare different reports as per management demand.
∎ Collect documents from field
∎ Solve the field related problem.
∎ Update field regarding HR and management demand.
∎ Update HR regarding different changes in field.
∎ Maintain liaison among sales team,HR and others department .
∎ Contact with sales people in different issues.
∎ Assist to all HODs to implement the company policy and procedure as and when required.
∎ To coordinate with each party is not only aware of the work but also well briefed on areas of concern.
∎ To make recommendations on the systems and monitor managements response and implementation.
∎ To review and report on the accuracy ,timeless and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees of organization and to communication clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
