∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chiller Plant, HVAC, Refrigeration , VRF
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments
∎ Able to provide sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Able to maintain relationship with Developers, Architectural firm, Consultancy Firm and industries
∎ Able to maintain good liaison with reputed corporate houses.
∎ Carry out direct marketing activities according to the goal set by the Team Leader and Section Head on achieving sales target by gaining new clients as well as identifying potential sales possibilities.
∎ Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy & follow-up calls.
∎ Support & maintain Back-office activities and maintain all sorts of databases.
∎ Monitor competitor's activities & collect market information.
∎ Should be to meet target given by the Company.
∎ Should be able to make significant business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent in English speaking and writing ability.
∎ Knowledge on preparing power point presentation and presenting in seminars.
∎ Excellent computer operation knowledge with MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Strong team player with positive and proactive approach
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Energetic and strong sense of responsibilities
∎ Self-motivated with proven leadership qualities.
