• Only Male

• Working experience in any reputed cement/steel/ FMCG company under the Transport department is preferred.

• Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be available after normal business hours to resolve problematic deliveries.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Monitor and maintain the daily movement of all company-owned trucks for cement delivery.

• Plan drivers’ trip schedules to ensure that loads are picked up and delivered in accordance with the assigned timetable.

• Immediately inform the Operations Department by phone of any changes in conditions that may prevent the assigned load from being picked up or delivered on schedule.

• Maintain continuous communication with drivers to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

• Complete all required documentation (e.g., waybills, truck inspection reports, delivery notes, etc.) to ensure the proper delivery of goods to customers.

• Provide assistance at all times, within the permitted hours of service, for dispatch activities and report to the line manager accordingly.

• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by Management.
