Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% product quality to maintain on time shipment.
∎ Monitor & ensure quality product as per buyer/customer's requirements.
∎ Maintain adequate & effective procedures for monitoring & measurement of products quality.
∎ Review & ensure that monitoring & measurement procedures are followed as per buyer requirement & our QA Manual.
∎ Liaison with concern departments/ sections (store- packing) on quality matter to ensure 100% quality.
∎ Ensure the discipline & buyer compliance in the quality department.
∎ Maintain coordinate with Buyer Q.C & fulfill their requirements.
∎ Advise immediate in the event of any deviation regarding quality & take corrective action plan.
∎ Train & Motivate the sub-ordinates for contentious improvement of the quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Working experience in Quality Assurance with large knit garments factory with branded buyer like C & A, H & M, CELIO, M & S, G-STAR, S'oliver, Verner, & etc.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
