Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve the existing quality systems to meet the quality standards as well as ensure production outputs are in line and sub contract factories according to company's quality targets;
∎ Train and develop the Quality Control (QC) team and take the team in a higher standard level in order to meet the company requirements;
∎ Prepare, set up and implement the TQM (Total Quality Management) system for the entire factory and sub contract factories;
∎ Develop systems to manage customer defect/feedback analysis, root cause analysis and take corrective action;
∎ Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data and statistical report;
∎ Follow up total process after receiving fabrics, accessories & measurement sheet and check its accuracy;
∎ Check marker, fabric spreading and monitor numbering & bundling and verify cut pannel report;
∎ Ensure that approved design of print, embroidery, dyeing shade and artifices are done;
∎ Ensure proper planning to check goods at the time of stitching to ensure zero defective production;
∎ Review and ensure that monitoring and measurement procedures are being followed;
∎ Instruct, guide and counsel the finishing department for correct tagging, and packing requirements;
∎ Maintain required Management Information System (MIS);
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in Quality Assurance with large knit garments factory.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
∎ The applicant should have at least 2 years experience in the same position.
