Responsibilities & Context
Identify, approach, and develop new corporate clients, offices, and business organizations.
Generate business leads and secure corporate lunch, meeting, office party, catering, and event orders.
Promote the restaurant's multi-cuisine food offerings, party packages, event facilities, and catering services.
Conduct corporate visits, arrange client meetings, and present customized proposals and quotations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Negotiate with clients and convert business opportunities into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain a database of corporate clients, sales leads, inquiries, and confirmed bookings.
Prepare periodic sales reports and update management on sales performance and market opportunities.
Explore new business opportunities to expand the restaurant's corporate and event sales.
