Additional Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 38 years
  • Experience in project management, capital expenditure analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative analysis tools to assess project effectiveness and investment impact.

  • Strong understanding of capital expenditure budgeting, investment analysis, and financial metrics relevant to factory projects.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with project management software.

  • Experience with data analysis tools is advantageous.



Responsibilities & Context:

1.Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts across business units.

2.Project Planning & Monitoring:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive project implementation reports; analyze project effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative tools.

  • Track ongoing project progress, flagging deviations and providing insights to management.

3.Capex Analysis & Investment Evaluation:

  • Support the preparation of capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets and detailed investment analysis for proposed and ongoing factory-level projects.

  • Conduct project-wise and asset-category-wise capex evaluations and submit reports for management review.

4.Performance Reporting:

  • Develop and deliver periodic factory performance reports with key metrics such as capacity utilization, efficiency ratios, and improvement opportunities.

5.Scope Management & Risk Evaluation:

  • Identify changes in project scope and assess potential impacts on timeline, cost, and resource allocation.

6.Process Improvement & Strategic Insights:

  • Identify inefficiencies in planning, budgeting, and execution processes; recommend and support the implementation of improvements.

7.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operations, project, and finance teams to align planning efforts with strategic goals.

8.Ad-hoc Analysis:

  • Perform financial and strategic analyses as requested by the supervisor or senior management.
