Experience in operations including 3+ years in retail chain pharmacy or a similar role.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple pharmacy locations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Optimize processes such as inventory management, staffing schedules, and workflows for operational efficiency.
Lead training sessions and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
Mentor and support store managers and pharmacy staff to achieve performance targets.
Analyze customer feedback and work closely with store managers to implement improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Monitor service delivery to ensure it aligns with brand standards and promptly address escalated customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels to maintain adequate stock while minimizing waste and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Assist with budget planning, monitor expenses, and analyze store performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement.
Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical laws, company policies, and safety protocols while conducting audits to identify and mitigate risks or non-compliance.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and communicate updates to the team to ensure ongoing compliance.
