Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple pharmacy locations to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Optimize processes such as inventory management, staffing schedules, and workflows for operational efficiency.

  • Lead training sessions and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

  • Mentor and support store managers and pharmacy staff to achieve performance targets.

  • Analyze customer feedback and work closely with store managers to implement improvements that enhance the customer experience.

  • Monitor service delivery to ensure it aligns with brand standards and promptly address escalated customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.

  • Manage inventory levels to maintain adequate stock while minimizing waste and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

  • Assist with budget planning, monitor expenses, and analyze store performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical laws, company policies, and safety protocols while conducting audits to identify and mitigate risks or non-compliance.

  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and communicate updates to the team to ensure ongoing compliance.
