• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)/Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)

• Candidate must have computer skill & well conversant with Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidate should have registration number given by Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Support regulatory inspections and compliance audits.

• Designing and optimizing recipes for various dosage forms, including tablets/Bolus, liquids, Powder and injectables.

• Developing and validating testing methods (using instruments like HPLC, UV-Vis, and FTIR) to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products.

• Preparing critical technical documents such as Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and product dossiers for regulatory submission to bodies like local drug administrations.

• Conducting and monitoring stability tests (accelerated and real-time) to determine a product's shelf-life and storage conditions.

• Scaling up successful laboratory formulations to pilot batches and overseeing the transition to full-scale commercial production.

• Ensuring all activities strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

• Conducting validation trials to ensure that manufacturing processes consistently produce medicine of the required quality.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Assist. PD, QA, QC & Production Manager.
