Responsibilities & Context:
Knowledge about client support (ISP).
Having practical knowledge to configure networking router and Switch (Mikrotik, Cisco, and Juniper).
Working with Any kind of Network troubleshooting and outage Issue.
Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network
Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and deadline environments
Monitoring network with network monitoring tools.
Reporting network status to the superior.
Ability to work on 24/7 roster duty.
