  • Strong understanding HVAC/VRF systems, commercial air-conditioning products, and their applications.
  • Sufficient client portfolio or proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits inside or outside Dhaka.
  • Skills Required:
  • Decision making capabilities, Knowledge on AC / HVAC & Sales, Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors - HVAC/VRF and commercial air-conditioning systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the engineering, installation, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management.
