Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customer's reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs as per product ranges/stock.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ Develop and manage new vendors as per market standard.
∎ Follow up production and required embellishment.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers about price and others issues.
∎ Ensure strong control of the sourcing, purchasing and delivery of products within a retail environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ At least 1 year job experience in managerial position
∎ Good English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and cost figures.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and creative & self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Used to work in a fast paced design environment.
∎ Identify problems and recommend solutions.
∎ Commercially focused with good feasible sampling.
∎ Strong sense of fashion and curiosity and current market knowledge.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
