Job Context:
∎ Sacred Agro is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as a Assistant Manager(Sales & Marketing)
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ sure awareness creation of Company products and services in the marketplace;
∎ Coordinate promotional campaigns, trade shows and conferences;
∎ Conduct necessary market and customer research;
∎ Coordinate the publicity and promotion of Agro-Based products;
∎ Ensure creation and selection of content used in advertising, promoting, and on-line materials;
∎ Domesticate and implement market research findings and use of lead and customer databases;
∎ Coordinate activities between departments involved in designing, testing, producing, marketing, selling, delivering, and supporting a product or service over its life span;
∎ Maintain customer satisfaction and product/service profitability through customer communication, customer improvement activities, customer service; and
∎ Coordinate internal and external product and service-related activities such as sales contracts, customer requirements, product development, production, fulfilment and delivery, accounting, and customer service.
∎ Promoting the company products on online/offline.
∎ Must have clear idea & understanding regarding E-commerce business.
∎ The candidates must have expert at social media & Capable of ROI based campaign planner & Sales driven planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in sales, marketing or related field.
∎ Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to do multi-tasking.
∎ Ability for analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
∎ Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint for various tasks.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
