Experience:
1. Social Media Ads, Lead Generation and Responding to Messaging/Comments
Post Facebook or other Social Media Ads with project images, 3D, animation/visuals and targeting details.
Reply to messages and comments on Facebook/Instagram ads and posts.
Send customized property information to interested leads via social channels.
Maintain engagement with prospects through regular updates and follow-ups.
Monitor ad comments and direct messages for potential leads.
Suggest campaign improvements to the Management based on feedback from prospects.
2. Prospect Handling & Communication
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and email.
Make follow-up calls to potential buyers to share details about apartments.
Send location maps, floor plans, price sheets, brochures, and project visuals to prospects.
Track status of each lead (e.g., new, contacted, visited, serious, cold).
3. Marketing Material Design and Distribution
Share digital copies of promotional materials (brochures, maps, designs, videos).
Print and distribute physical brochures or flyers as required.
Coordinate minor design edits using Canva or with graphic designers.
Assist in setting up basic banners or signage at the project location.
4. Physical Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
Guide buyers during on-site visits, showcasing the property features and benefits.
Maintain a physical visitor log and digital record of visits.
5. Lead Management & Reporting
Maintain an organized list/database of all leads using Excel or CRM software.
Track communication history, visit status, and interest level of each lead.
Highlight and report serious prospects to management for further engagement.
Keep management updated about progress with any prospective buyer and likely intention of the buyer.
6. On-Site & Office Presence
Be present at the company office at Jolshiri as per the company office timing (usually between 10:00 to 18:00) to coordinate visits and meetings.
Assist Management in scheduling meetings and negotiation for closing deals and be prepared to be present at any time at other locations within Dhaka city.
7. Customer Feedback & Suggestions
Gather buyer feedback during and after visits.
Report objections, questions, or recurring concerns to the management.
Recommend follow-up actions or incentives for serious buyers (e.g., discounts, EMI options).
8. Goal Achievement
