∎ Knowledge of construction materials and their different grades and qualities.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Proficient in CAD, MS Excel, Tally & Scheduling software and other related tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design-Drawing:  To acquaint fully with the design and drawings of the Project submitted by the appointed architectural/engineering firm.
∎ Planning:  To develop a Project Schedule as per the project planning and guideline of the Project Director (PD), Management demand, and ability of suppliers/contractors.
∎ Organizing:  Organize worker’s teams, technical person and equipment that are employed by company and contractor for implementation of construction works.
∎ Managing: Managing and overseeing the construction sites, ensuring that all workers are working safely and without damage to any other works.
∎ Coordinating:  Coordinate with the purchase and supply chain department, contractor, suppliers to ensure that the construction works, and schedule are least interrupted. The PE is also to coordinate with architects and engineers to clarify any design-drawing matter and ensure that all construction works comply the design and drawings. The PE must inform the PD, in case of any deviation from the schedule due to lack or slow progress by any contractor or for any other reason, unless any deviation is approved.
∎ Building Codes:  Ensure that all construction works, and the building is built to the approved code.
∎ Monitoring and Reporting:  Monitor the progress of construction works and other associated functions. You also need to update the PD daily on the progress of construction works with image, video, voice/sound recording etc. as necessary to visualize the progress.
∎ Hiring Contractors:  Suggesting the PD regarding hiring contractors for various jobs to ensure that the project Schedule is maintained.
∎ Forecast for Construction Materials:  Forecast requirement of construction materials and inform the PD for ordering materials to ensure that all required construction materials are available at site before at time of work.
∎ Quality control: Ensuring that all work is done to the highest quality standards. He is also required to oversee the quality of materials supplied to the site by suppliers. Any irregularity must be informed to the PD as soon as revealed.
∎ Project Documentation: Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, plans, drawings and invoices.
∎ Resolving Issues: Make effort to resolve any issue that arise during the construction process and ensure that everything runs smoothly. He is also to report all issues having impact on the project plan, schedule and quality.
∎ Supervision of Civil Works of under-coonstruction Residential Building that includes following:
