Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for day to day site work.
∎ In-conjunction with the Project Manager and Foreman prepare daily programming of site works.
∎ Study and check all drawings, instructions & documentation received from authorities.
∎ Implementation of construction work as per authorized design and drawing maintaining company guide line and policy.
∎ Follow up with Contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule.
∎ Interact with Project Manager for clarification in design·
∎ Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.
∎ Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan has reached to the Contractors.
∎ Conducting regular job site inspections.
∎ Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.
∎ Estimate for material requirement from given drawing and design·
∎ Prepare materials purchase requisition discussing with project manager.
∎ Accurately inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained.
∎ Filling check list and maintaining it.
∎ Writing measurement of construction work in MB Book.
∎ Checking, finalizing and forwarding contractor’s bill through project manager.
∎ Ensuring site office and store management as per company guideline.
∎ Assisting and monitoring work of store keeper.
∎ Conduct soil tests and analyze reports to determine foundation requirements.
∎ Familiar with ERP Software·
∎ Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
∎ Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for project budgeting and procurement.
∎ Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet project standards.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized project site to ensure safety and efficiency.
∎ Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections on-site.
∎ Implement strategies to minimize material wastage and optimize resource usage.
∎ Thoroughly review and adhere to the project's quality control manual.
∎ Vast Knowledge on Brick Works, Plastering, Door Frame Works.
∎ Oversee brick soaking, sand netting, and washing for high-quality masonry and plastering.
∎ Well Knowledge of Tiles & Marble Works, Carpentry Works, Sanitary, Plumbing, Fitting Fixture, and Installation Works.
∎ Ensure quality in painting and polishing works.
∎ Supervise and ensure precision in aluminum installations and fittings.
∎ Oversee all aspects of interior finishing, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
∎ Ensure perfect alignment and quality in all finishing works. Health, Safety & Environment
∎ Monitor evaluate and ensure that all work is being carried out safely·
∎ Implement technical and safety requirements for the project·
∎ Review and comment on project contractor’s method statement and risk assessment.
∎ Ensure that the contractor’s HSE plan is being implemented and report all none Conformance to the Project manager. Quality
∎ Attend and review all benchmarking meetings.
∎ Ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the contractor.
