Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead architectural design and planning processes for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
∎ Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
∎ Oversee the development of architectural drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
∎ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
∎ Manage structural analysis and design activities for building projects.
∎ Ensure structural integrity and safety of designs. Review and approve structural drawings and calculations.
∎ Collaborate with architects and engineers to optimize structural solutions. Monitor project progress, budget, and quality assurance.
