A Sr. Service Engineer focuses on providing after-sales maintenance and technical solutions to products, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. ∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with after sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide after sales support.
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning and controlling maintenance of all electrical system works.
∎ Verification of all types of electrical equipment's installations, wiring, fixtures etc. according to the drawings.
∎ Perform electrical systems & wiring related planning, drawing and calculations.
∎ preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Perform Automation system & Commissioning to Full Automation project developing.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
∎ Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
∎ Help clients to solve all problems with installed equipment.
∎ Any Others job Assigned by Management.
