Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and devise ASML sales operations strategies to achieve revenue goals and ASML objectives
∎ Lead and manage ASML sales team, providing guidance, leadership and technical support to achieve sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
∎ Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are tracked and progressed through the sales process in a time bound manner.
∎ Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for pre-fabricated steel structure, and Heavy-duty Steel Rack, and provide updates to senior management.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Installation and product development, to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
∎ Provide data driven inputs for Production, and manufacturing planning market to remain aligned to market trends and competitor activity
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to production and sales management on how to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Identify areas for growth and expansion, working with the sales team to develop new business opportunities
