Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the Project Management team.
∎ Proficiency in ERP Software, AutoCAD, M.S office, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works.
∎ Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget.
∎ Coordination between various disciplines of work and ensuring timely completion of civil works.
∎ Prepare cost estimation and compare the current market price of product & service.
∎ Liaising with clients, subcontractors & other professional staff, surveyors & overall project Engineer.
∎ Preparing work schedule for each project.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior management.
