Responsibilities & Context:

•      Handle inbound and outbound customer support through phone, email, live chat, and social media

•      Manage customer inquiries via phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website chat

•      Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales

•      Provide accurate product information and proper guidance

•      Maintain regular follow-up for order confirmation and customer satisfaction

•      Maintain organized customer data and sales records

•      Coordinate with delivery team for timely order processing

•      Handle complaints professionally and provide effective solutions

•      Prepare daily sales reports and communication records

•      Support sales campaigns, promotional offers, and special events

•      Face-to-face sales, telemarketing, quality control, and counseling support

 Educational Requirements

•      HSC / Bachelor/Honors degree

Experience Requirements

•      1 to 3 years of experience preferred

•      Experience in Call Center, Skincare, Laser Aesthetics, E-commerce Startup, E-commerce, or Consulting Firms will get priority

•      Freshers are encouraged to apply
