∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance

∎ University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,University of Chittagong,Jahangirnagar University,National University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC Holder
∎ Training/Trade Course: VAT,TAX
∎ Skills Required: Finance/ Accounts
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry, Plastic Polymer Industry
Job Context:
∎ The company is a market leader in Plastic / polymer industry.
∎ The incumbent should be able to look after the overall VAT & TAX issues of a plastic production unit for achieving the organizational goals. This position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain of VAT related register as per VAT act.
∎ Communicate with VAT & customs authority.
∎ Handling all VAT activities of the concern.
∎ Any other VAT related task assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Good Knowledge about input tax credit, Turnover Tax, Retailer level VAT & VDS, AIT, CD and SD.Managing the Companies' VAT compliance process independently as per recent VAT Act.
∎ Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, AG and other Govt. Agencies.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all kinds of VAT Registers including Legal litigation.
∎ Corresponding with Customs, Excise & VAT office independently.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Customs Authority, NBR, and Any other VAT related task assigned by the management time to time
∎ Collect, establish and update policies, procedure/ systems, SROs and Circulars for regulatory compliance relating to VAT.
∎ Able to conduct all specific VAT & Tax Law(s) not only manually but also by software Such as:
∎ Mushak-2.1, Mushak-2.3, Mushak-2.4, Mushak-2.5, Mushak-4.1
∎ Mushak 4.2 Mushak-4.3, Mushak-6.1, Mushak-6.2, Mushak-6.2.1, Mushak-6.3, Mushak-6.4 Mushak-6.5, Mushak-6.6, Mushak-6.7, Mushak-6.8, Mushak-6.9, Mushak-6.10, Mushak-7.1, Mushak-9.1, Mushak-9.2, Mushak-9.3, Mushak-9.4, etc.
∎ Issue & provide VDS certificate (6.6) against deduction from suppliers.
∎ VAT & Tax compliance report prepare & filing in the right manner .
∎ Monthly VAT & Rebate reconciliation with accounting system record.
∎ Monthly stock reconciliation with physical, VAT register & accounting system record.
∎ Coordinating with relevant bodies in time of annual, divisional, AG audit or external audit.
∎ Keep liaison and communicate time to time with Government Regulatory bodies Circle, Divisional
∎ & Commissioner ate office.
∎ Coordinate VAT & Tax activities of Head Office, Factories, Supply Chain and other Stakeholders.
∎ Deduct and Deposit VDS & TDS or any other Govt. Taxes to Govt. Treasury.
∎ Data control & documentation archiving.
∎ Take strategic plan to provide assistance and support in related daily activities.
∎ To face customs VAT audit, Hearing, Post Clearance audit.
∎ Preparing & submission of related paper & documents in connection with VAT & Customs audit.
∎ Maintain all VAT related register of all concern as per new VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep these records in NBR approved VAT software and MS-Excel
∎ Facing annual transfer pricing, VAT and Tax audit
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
